A full day in the Fes medina with a local guide: madrasas, the Chouara tanneries, the Nejjarine fountain and the craft quarters, then the view from the Merinid tombs.

We cross the Middle Atlas through Ifrane and the cedar forest near Azrou, then descend past Midelt into the Ziz Valley and its palm groves.
At Merzouga you ride a camel into the Erg Chebbi dunes for sunset and spend the night at a desert camp.
