Our comprehensive terms and conditions are designed to offer you the best travel experiences in Morocco.

Booking Conditions

Tour Package

Your tour package includes transportation (all modes listed), fuel, accommodation, local taxes, the services of a professional tour director, and meals as specified in the itinerary. It does not include drinks, lunch, or meals that are not explicitly stated on the final itinerary.

We strive to ensure that all arrangements and services related to your tour run smoothly and efficiently. However, please note that we do not have direct control over our suppliers, and while they are chosen with the utmost care, we cannot accept liability for errors, omissions, or any failure to provide services as agreed.

Please note that we reserve the right to modify the itinerary or services when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. If substitution is needed, accommodations of a similar category will be provided. Expenses related to gratuities, porterage, drinks, meals (unless otherwise noted), phone calls, entrance fees to attractions, and any other personal expenses are the responsibility of the client.

Deposits

To proceed with your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total package cost is required. This deposit will be deducted from your total trip cost, with the remaining balance due 25 days before your tour start date.

Once your deposit is received, we will send you a confirmation email along with your confirmed travel itinerary.

We can accept bookings up to two days in advance, but we highly recommend making your reservations as early as possible, especially during peak seasons around Christmas and Easter. Final payment must be received 30 days before the due arrival date—100% of the total tour price must be paid. No refunds will be issued after the payment is made. If payment becomes overdue and we cannot contact you, your reservation will be canceled, and the deposit will be retained.

Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposit and Booking Confirmation
    • A deposit of 20% is required to confirm your reservation.
    • This deposit is non-refundable and serves as a commitment fee.
  • Cancellation Timeline and Refunds
    • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
    • Cancellations made within 29 days or less prior to the tour start date will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Covid-19 or Comparable Health Emergencies
    • If you cannot join the tour due to Covid-19-related issues, we will work with you to reschedule your tour or offer credit for future use.
  • Rebooking Flexibility
    • If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you, depending on availability.
  • No-Shows
    • No-shows on the tour start date are non-refundable.
  • Travel Insurance
    • We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

Optional experiences may carry extra costs. Notify your guide if leaving the tour temporarily.

Policy on Itinerary Adjustments

We may adjust itineraries due to weather, road, or operational conditions.

Gratuities

  • Tour guide/driver: 10–20% per group
  • Local guides: $4–10 per person (3 hours)
  • Meals: 12–15%
  • Chambermaid: $2 per night
  • Luggage: $1 per bag

Transfers: $2–5 per person suggested.
