Our comprehensive terms and conditions are designed to offer you the best travel experiences in Morocco.
Booking Conditions:
Tour Package
Your tour package includes transportation (all modes listed), fuel, accommodation, local taxes, the services of a professional tour director, and meals as specified in the itinerary. It does not include drinks, lunch, or meals that are not explicitly stated on the final itinerary.
We strive to ensure that all arrangements and services related to your tour run smoothly and efficiently. However, please note that we do not have direct control over our suppliers, and while they are chosen with the utmost care, we cannot accept liability for errors, omissions, or any failure to provide services as agreed.
Please note that we reserve the right to modify the itinerary or services when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. If substitution is needed, accommodations of a similar category will be provided. Expenses related to gratuities, porterage, drinks, meals (unless otherwise noted), phone calls, entrance fees to attractions, and any other personal expenses are the responsibility of the client.
Deposits
To proceed with your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total package cost is required. This deposit will be deducted from your total trip cost, with the remaining balance due 25 days before your tour start date.
Once your deposit is received, we will send you a confirmation email along with your confirmed travel itinerary.
We can accept bookings up to two days in advance, but we highly recommend making your reservations as early as possible, especially during peak seasons around Christmas and Easter. Final payment must be received 30 days before the due arrival date—100% of the total tour price must be paid. No refunds will be issued after the payment is made. If payment becomes overdue and we cannot contact you, your reservation will be canceled, and the deposit will be retained.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy designed to be fair while considering our operational needs:
- Deposit and Booking Confirmation
- A deposit of 20% is required to confirm your reservation.
- This deposit is non-refundable and serves as a commitment fee.
- Cancellation Timeline and Refunds
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made within 29 days or less prior to the tour start date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Covid-19 or Comparable Health Emergencies
- In light of the ongoing global pandemic, we understand that travel plans may be affected. If you cannot join the tour due to Covid-19-related issues (travel restrictions or health concerns), we will work with you to either reschedule your tour or offer credit for future use.
- Rebooking Flexibility
- We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate you, depending on availability.
- No-Shows
- No-shows on the tour start date are non-refundable.
- Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, travel disruptions, and medical emergencies.

Accommodation Selection
Before recommending any lodging, we carefully evaluate it based on scenic views, culinary offerings, guest comfort, and intangible qualities. We value our clients' input and incorporate their feedback in our decision-making process.
Smoking Regulations
We maintain a non-smoking policy aboard all vehicles. We do, however, provide frequent rest stops for those who wish to smoke. We kindly ask for your consideration of those sensitive to smoke.
Dietary Requirements
Please inform us of any dietary restrictions during booking so we can make necessary arrangements. Your cooperation ensures a tailored and enjoyable experience for all.
Itinerary Notes
Some tours offer optional attractions or accommodations. These may carry additional costs, and spaces are limited. Please choose your options during booking.
Should you wish to leave the tour to visit friends or family, simply notify the tour director in advance.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is essential. It protects your non-refundable fare and covers unexpected events.
Special Needs
If you require ongoing assistance, please bring a companion to attend to your needs. Tour directors cannot provide continuous support. Some tours may not be suitable due to physical demands, so please discuss this with us during booking.
Policy on Itinerary Adjustments
Please note that tour aspects may be adjusted if unforeseen circumstances arise. This includes weather, road conditions, vehicle maintenance, or driver availability. We reserve the right to make logistical changes for your safety and satisfaction.
Gratuities
Gratuities are at your discretion and a significant part of the income for tour staff. The suggested guidelines are:
- Tour guide/driver: 10-20% of the total tour price per group.
- Local guides: $4-10 per person for every 3 hours.
- Meals: Generally, 12-15% of the pre-tax bill.
- Chambermaid: $2 per person per night.
- Luggage handling: $1 per bag (included in hotels).
For transfer drivers with luggage handling, $2-5 per person is suggested.
